The property is fine, the problem is to get the keys after 5:00 PM. The bar on the resort is awesome, fantastic food there. The pool and the beach were great. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Our stay at Bella Sirena Rocky Point By Castaways was wonderful. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pools and grounds were well-maintained and the swim-up bar offered reasonably priced drinks. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and exploring the nearby beach. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.

Had a great Xmas break! Loved the beachfront property with an incredibly refreshing pool beside it. the poolside bar was a blast, cocktails and appetizers were top-notch. we were conveniently located near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to get everything we needed.

Wish the property would offer more pool towels as we had to purchase our own. the cleaning instructions were not clear and inconsistent across units.

Bella Sirena By Castaways in Puerto Penasco is a great base for traveling to Rocky Point and exploring local places. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The variety of breakfast options is impressive. The location by the beach, living units, ocean, and various pools is perfect for a relaxing getaway. This hotel is definitely the best choice in Rocky Point.

Located close to the beach, this property has spacious balconies in each unit. the rooms have kitchens for family with decent amenities. the swimming pools on the property are well-maintained and the prices at the pool bar are reasonable.

Resolving even basic issues take forever with poor staff communication.
